In 2018, Mr Olawale the CEO of BELLAFEED, a company that produces one of the best rabbit feed in africa, proposed a partnership with any farmer interested in working with BellaWorld, his proposal has to do with a specific breed of rabbit called 'HYLA'. Hyla rabbit is a product of a laboratory experiment,. A laboratory in France called Euralap crossbred 3 different breeds of rabbits (chinchilla, newzealand, and califonia) and successfully produced a rabbit that best suits meat production over other breeds with advantages such as :

* They grow bigger than most medium sized breed.
* They do not require as much feed as the regular breed
* They have more meat to bone ratio compared with any other breed
* While it might take medium sized breed 6months to hit 2.5kg, with good management the hyla breed can hit 3kg at 4months

These properties makes the hyla breed the most sort after for meat production.

In light of Bellaworld's proposal, LagosRabbit and BunnyFarms decided to work together so as to study the market and the constituency of this new means of steady income. ♥WEANERS SCHEME♥
Weaners scheme has to do with producing quality hyla weaners and then sell to Bellaworld at 7weeks. Bella is requesting for the monthly supply of quality hyla weaners weighing at least 1kg at 6 - 7 weeks, in the ratio 1male : 1female. This can be very much achieved by using the suparb Bella's weaners pellet, medications, and the probiotic 'ACV'. The use of Apple Cider Vinegar in rabbit farm is beneficial as it promote good health and also makes a doe give birth to more females than males. Yes! In my experience wiith acv, a doe on acv at least 3weeks before crossing will produce kits with at least 70%-100% being females

Weaners scheme is suitable for everyone including those that intends to practice rabbit farming as an investor may request to terminate contract with the farm and depart with his/her livestock. For this request to be granted the investor must ensure that
* The request be placed at least 2weeks prior to next payment
* The stocks must have at least 1year history in our farm.
The livestock remain your property, our part is to breed them and secure a steady flow of cash from them till you are ready to retrive or sell off to rabbitcartel at a cheap rate.

OUR PROPOSAL.
With your investment, we'll buy quality matured hyla breeders, which will remain your property, we'll manage them, breed them, then we'll buy the kits and resell to Bellaworld. Rabbits give birth to an average of 5kits per kindle, but for this scheme our calculations will be based on 4 kits per kindle, this is to avoid shortage in revenue from situations such as stillbirths, false pregnancy, abortions, and also to guarantees the steady flow of income to the investor without issues. Our go to source for the hyla breeders is our agent in cotonu with 7years experience of importing rabbits from selected farms with vaccine records into Nigeria, Cotonu is known to have better breeding stocks in terms of quality and pricing with close to 30% discounted rate compared to top breeders in Nigeria.

● Rabbit production rate begins to reduce at 3years of age, which means this contract is valid for 30months after which the investor can choose to retrive his breeding stock or sell to rabbitcartel as meat rabbits.

● The minimum amount to invest is #500,000 and maximum #5,000,000. This is to give room for other investors as there's a limit to the number of rabbits we can house while we expand.

● We buy from Republic of Benin in colonies, a colony consists of 5 rabbits (4F-1M). A colony costs #100,000 including logistics from Republic of benin to our farm,, #100,000 per colony amounts to #20,000 per 3kg-3.5kg hyla breeder, where as in Nigeria a 3kg might amount to #25,000 if gotten from a reliable source,

● It'll take 4months for your initial investment to mature and earn it's first payment after which you'll get credited every 2months. We'll get the stocks, keep them, breed them, and buy the babies from you at a rate of #3600 per weaner and resell to bella at #4000 and #4500 respectively. After each sale, we'll deduct the cost of maintaining the rabbits for the next two months. (Calculations will be provided if requested).

● After necessary deductions, your total profit amounts to 27.08% of your initial investment, I.e you earn 27% of your initial investment every 2 months (14times) within a period of 30 months, (calculations will be provoded under request)... For example
★#500,000 investment will ---
▪ Purchase 4 colonies at #400,000 (16 does + 4 bucks = 20 rabbits)
▪ Earn you #135,400 after the first 4 months and then in every 2months interval
#135,400 ×13 credit alerts = #1,760,200 within 30months.

* We have come up with a breeding system that ensures we produce and earn every 2months. After a period of 2.5 years have elapsed, the rabbits won't be fit for breeding due to drop in productivity, However the investor will be given the options to either sell to us at the price of meat rabbit (#4000), or collect the rabbits through waybill or pickup.

This program involves buying 6 weeks old hyla weaners from bella world at the rate of #5000.. and resell to them after 90days at #12,000 each.

● BELLA'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* They sell 6weeks old weaners weighing at least1kg for #5000 each. ✔️
* Full payment for the feeds needed for 90 days ✔️
* Bella buys them after 90days weighing at least 2.5kg for #12,000✔️✔️✔️

While the buy back scheme may sound more promising being a short timr investment of three months, the list of clients tendering application to be a part of this scheme is quite long due to little supply of weaners from farms partaking in the weaners scheme. We got the info that sometimes it takes as long as 6weeks before getting the rabbits booked, Based on this info, the time frame for this investment is 5 months.

● OUR PROPOSAL

With the initial investment, we'll buy the rabbits from Bella world at #5,000 and resell to BellaWorld at #12,000, your investment is repayed with interest in exactly 5months time prior to the date the booking was made regardless of the date we sell back to Bellaworld,

● This scheme is based on number of rabbits purchased by the investor, an investor may invest in minimum of 50 rabbits, and maximum of 200 rabbits

● We have calculated the cost of maintenance ie feeding, medication, housing n security, caretaker,. The total cost of raising a weaner till maturity (90 days) is #3,000. Therefore the budget on each rabbit should be #5,000 + #3,000 = #8,000.
● Our commission in this scheme is 25% of the profit made.
If we buy 100 weaners = #500,000 + maintenance #300,000 = #800,000
We resell #12,000 each × 100 rabbits = #1,200,000
Profit = #1,200,000 - #800,000 = #400,000
25% of #400,000 = #100,000,
A client who invests the sum of #800,000 in 100 rabbits should expect a credit alart of #1,100,000 after a period of 5 months from rabbitcartel.
