I think this man will be a firm leader.He's not going back on his word as some leaders are wont to do under pressure.
Those who are making a case for the culture of okada and keke are saying regulation. How can you regulate chaos,disorder, anarchy? People can bewail this for an eternity,nothing will shift. If people can't cope with the order,they can gracefully leave Lagos.After all,there are still many states relatively unoccupied in Naija.

At some point in time that okada and keke was going to be stopped, people just didn't expect it to happen so soon. I still think its not permanent, after-all everyone in Nigeria is corrupt, especially the lawmakers
