I have used both for years and can comfortably tell you that Camry is better.

People tell you Corolla but that car is really not affordable to maintain with regards to the parts which are on the high due to demand.

Also, the underneath parts for Corolla is not a strong as Camry. I used Corolla 2010 and Corolla 2004 respectively.

If you are tall, then Corolla will frustrate you especially when you drive for hours daily as I did.

Fuel economy there’s very little difference but Corolla is better, comfort Camry is better, shock absorption Camry is better, balance on the road Camry is better, resale value Corolla is better due to Nigerian market demand.

If you used an ES Lexus then you best switch should be Camry due to similarity in comfort.

You can make your choice based on above experiences of mine.

I think this is the best review yet. Am going for Camry.
Am also contemplating between both models.

I can't believe i read all comments here. I laughed the way u guys bashed each others. Below is my advise cos i use corolla 07, moreover, i had driven my dad's camry 09 countless times. The dealer guy that emphasizes on the price and cheapness of camry was right. If u want to get a near cheapest price for any toyota products, just visit cheki site. To sumarise my point, all corrolla from 2000-2008 are more expensive than camry of same year. A friend of mine bought his neat camry 2009 model for 2.2M, meanwhile 2010 corrola cost 2.5M. All these figures are meant for tokunbos. In terms of fuel economy, corrolla is the real deal. The main reason why i love camry is the fancy/elegant design. Camry parts are cheap too, but for corrolla from 2010 upwards, the parts are expensive but durable. Im planning to get either corolla 2012 or camry (blade)2013 soonest. This rides aint less than 3.5M. Mr poster, since u are tall, i will advise that u go for 2009 camry if u have at least 2.2M, neat and not accidental.

If you have money, i would have advise that u go for Lexus ES 350, IS 250 or RX 330.

Both cars are good.
Corolla is economic.

Nice one. It is good to cut one's coat according to his sizes. Mind u, the RX 330 that u saw consuming fuel either have engine or filter problems. The model is one of the most fuel efficient SUV. The cheapest u can get for that model can never be less than 3.2M.

Advice is needed here please help me out, I was using Lexus ES330 2005 for over 2 years which I had no issue with it but late last year I involved in an accident which cost some damages on the car and after repair I sold the car but now I need a car again and my budget is between 1.7m - 2.1m I think I should go for a low maintenance car so I’m confused maybe I should buy Corolla 2005-2007 model or Camry 2007-2009 model. I just want something that would be more economical but I’ve seen that Corolla is out of it, I never liked it for once though. I won’t even enjoy it for 1 day.
