I was once addicted to Pepsi and coke too and it was because I don't take alcohol so they were my getaway drink, I think my highest cap for a day was 6big COLA, so you're still learning, all I did was watch and read the cases of people that have died due to excessive intake of this drinks,nowadays I only drink like one Pepsi a week.
