The real secrete to overcoming addictions is confronting the addiction, speak out no matter what and get people to connect u to a productive venture. Starve yourself of those things that fuel the addiction by staying far away from those things. Is not easy to beat addictions, but it is doable.

The fact that you know what you are doing is a strong indication that you CAN quit. Masturbation has been practiced by almost every male..at different times and ways. However, the way you see your problem plays a big role in finding solution to it.
