Restaurant Chef Serves Cockroach Dishes To Customers, Says They Are Special Breeds

Li Bingcai, a farmer who is into breeding of cockroaches has disclosed through an interview that his own breed of cockroaches is purely being used for food and medicine, he said;

"The ones that we breed are in a hygienic environment and they eat proper feed and not something synthetic, we feed our cockroaches fruits, corn flour and vegetables"

He also said that the entire body of his cockroach breeds is an entire treasure and that even its faeces are effective and can be used for the treatment of different aliments.
Like sore throat, ulcers and gastric problems.

Li Bingcai harvests and sell these roaches to restaurants and these restaurants uses them to make cockroach dishes which are served to customers.

Fu yougiang a chef uses these roaches to prepare special cockroach delicacies using a traditional spice called "The Sichuan signature spices sauces" of which customers have testified that it tastes great and that it is fragrant and crispy.
