David Lyon will be returned as governor as there is no evidence or burden of proof that the said results were fake.

Moreover it's a post election matter as the Appeal court determined the matter under pre election.

Mr senior lawyer, please don't teach us nonsense here. The matter was a pre election matter. The matter was filed before the election and the trial court even delivered its judgment before the election, disqualifying the governorship and deputy governorship candidates.

Does the deputy Governor fraudulently obtain those certificate? If yes then the judgement should stand. If no supreme Court ought to have investigate those credentials before passing the judgement.

Supreme court should investigate what? The onus lies on the former deputy governor elect to prove that the certificates belongs to him, which he did but not beyond reasonable doubt.

They can review the judgement based on petition . I didn't see any wrong in the judgement. The judgement was technically delivered based on electoral law by justice Odili and other judges. I see diri of PDP winning again

If you still have the phone pack take it to the CID unit at your state Police hq. the same with the laptop. It will cost you between 10k to 15K to track the phone. Even if you don’t have the pack but you have the IMEI Number of the phone you can still proceed as advised
