You do realise that countries started issuing bans after they got it not before.....Stop sounding silly just because you feel the idea was enacted by a foreign power so it must work or be good or copied.....the UK, US, France, Iran all started issuing bans after the virus touched their shores.....and hope you understand the concept of a travel route, because placing a ban on a country doesn't mean it's only through that countries ports their people can get into your country.
