The first 100 people cannot transmit to others because the virus at that stage is still in incubation period.

This Italian man has continued to make wave in the last 4 or 5 days. I am still waiting to hear his name. Everything just look more like TV series, both Government and individuals are bringing up their own stories.

It's not the virus that undergoes incubation when it latches on its host, it's the disease it causes. At this stage, the disease is developing while the sufferer shows little or no symptoms. Since the virus replicates within the sufferer, it can be transmitted to another person either during the incubation period of the disease or after incubation.

The 100 persons should be isolated in separate rooms otherwise it will become a case of 100 people turning positive for the virus if one of them has been infected already...

The doctors and nurses attending to them should be housed within the facility for the duration of the quarantine so they don't end up infecting their families if they get infected.

I hope the hotel where the man stayed sealed the room or the entire floor as soon as news broke. This is time for Nigerians to be enlightened and honest for once to save their own lives.
