One thing about ATL Madrid is they will leave the ball for you, they will play with low strength and reserve energy but, the opponent will have to use strength (running, dribbling, passing, tackling etc) and eventually start losing energy quickly due to frustration: while ATL Madrid players will save their energy for counterattack once there is a loose ball. If you want to save yourself, learn to make attempts outside the penalty area (might hit the cross bar and deflect, or hand ball for penalty if possible). Blocked shots can lead to corner but, they will clear the ball out of the area when crossed
