So when I got the call from this dude saying he has my brother, I knew it was all a big scam.
I posted for help here, not for someone to come take advantage of the situation for his own greed and wickedness... If you are reading this now, you know yourself, you better change your ways.

1. Please get your family to run blood tests on him for any narcotics or drugs, so y'all can nip it in the bud this early, if it's a case of drug abuse.
2. Offices around that SWIFT Ogba office axis installed exterior CCTVs, I wish they could check them out in case one recorded any anomaly.
