2. Her period may be delay due to stress or hormonal change.

Now, if no 1. is true, it means the pregnancy does not belong to you. She might have other fling elsewhere. Also, you said you used CD, there is no way the pregnancy is yours.

I remembered when my gf got pregnant for me, I was so confused because I asked myself how come. Me and my gf have been having raw sex for 2yr and she wasn't pregnant. Though, I used withdrawal method all the time and it worked for me.
