I don't think so.
Why would a teaching hospital (especially in a place like Lagos) have no PPE with the situation of things at present?

Immune system generally gets weakened during pregnancy and returning to normal cellular immune function may take 3 to 4 months in the postpartum. This make pregnant women more susceptible to infections which may have dire consequences.

Any pregnant woman reading this should please take all preventive measures especially at this pandemic period.
