When I said Okowa is useless and wicked on the other Delta thread, some animals started quoting me to say nonsense. He's the worst governor since the state was created, if the APC put their house in order by 2023, I see no reason why PDP would return to power.

The governor of that state should provide palliatives for citizens of the state while also orientating villagers about the dangers of covid 19.
Oil companies should also help too with foodstuffs and cash.
You can't just lock people down like that.
