But how will you know if it is COVID19 when testing isn't readily available in the State?
Moreover, patients can come with symptoms similar to regular diseases that is not covid19. Unless all private hospitals are not to treat anyone with cough and fever. This invariably means that the government hospitals should be ready and have the capacity to handle all sick patients.

If they have any symptom that is associated with Covid19, then they should be considered until proven otherwise.
