In as much as I see his action as a display of ignorance, I see a young man with beautiful intentions worthy of appreciation if the story is true.Be that as it may,my concern is how they got to know that he did it to stop the spread of Corona virus because the last time I checked, a man without a tongue is in comprehensible.
