If America wanted to stop terrorism they shouldn't have trained and funded the taliban and should have ended their alliance with Saudi Arabia when 15 if their citizens planned the 9-11 attacks.

Bullshit. Iranian navy had to make those manuevers so as to let U.S military know they are aware of their presence in the strait of hormuz. If Iranian or Russian ships sails into Alaska water won't America military ships/boats monitor their movement? And please don't give me that crap by saying U.S ships were on international waters.
