Please I’ll like to know how long it takes to get CAS since I got an email that my bank statement has been approved. I was told my CAS will take 10 working days and it’s past now ..

Is it advisable to start making travel plans and packing without visa ���

well it depends on what you mean by packing..
yes to making plans.. doing a small preparation for the visa, looking at available flight ticket cost, arranging your luggage lightly, putting the necessary documents,..
but not to make any concrete plans like selling off household items when you have not received your visa in your hands yet..that's a BIG NO!

you must be very excited.

UK student visa is point based so if you tick all their boxes then you should be fine. Based on that I would say you can start parking small small. Just dont buy ticket until you see the visa

I got the Complex/Not Straightforward mail. Subsequently, I was informed that I would receive a call (Phone Interview) at 9 am this morning. Please whoever has been in my shoes, did they call right on time? or later?

It is 9.15 already and I am still waiting. I had my Interview and Bio-metrics on August 26th.

Yeah. It took me two week to get my CAS...10 working days more or less... It could be more because of covid

It’s not about giving them back the visa. The letter specifically states that it must be presented to the immigration officer. So yes, it’s very important too

Well, I don't know for other. At the port of entry, they asked for just my passport to check visa and then CAS.

Yes they didnt call immediately but still stay close to your phone of not they will reschedule again.

mine lasted over three weeks. Had to switch banks just in case but still same. The bank complained of limited fx from cbn.

Just did my 2nd interview. I was called with an unknown number. Interview lasted for 42 minutes.

Biometric was done on sept 11 @ Ikeja. I tracked mine, showing still at DMC. Just kinda off worry cos I thought the main applicant should come first

Nothing to worry about bro. Sometimes, the passports come on different days. The only thing to be anticipating is the visa on the passport. Good luck

Then, since their visa depends on yours, I’m sure yours has been decided too. Just wait for your update.

No mail from UKVI since last month, interview and Biometrics August 28... I can't even think straight ever since. This people should just answer me and give me Visa na.

The home office uses live rates on Oanda site. Please check that and try to keep above that amount depending on the currency you want to present.

Most Visa approvals so far seems to be those that used Ikeja TLS. Interesting
