My application was quite complicated (the story no get part2) so I was very scared of what the outcome would be but I trusted God completely and he showed up yet again. I asked a lot of questions here, the responses I got and other people's experiences helped tremendously. No phone interview, no non straightforward mail (still in awe of how smooth it was, all glory to God).

Oh I also had a US tourist visa denial in 2013 and I declared it in my application.

This happened to me, I got a decision mail but it was showing at DMC even 24hts later. So I called ukvi, within a few minutes it changed to transferred to VAC

Any one who did paid email and calling ukvi for re-escalation/ reminder about their application or dependant/dependants gotten any update yet.(Passport returned to VAC).The update am getting via tracker is still at DMC where as biometrics was done same day with other dependants and theirs out even main applicant just one depandant left . Today makes it 19 working days since biometrics and the wait tiring. Any information can be useful please thanks

Thank you. Fortunately enough I got a mail from the escalation mail few minutes ago(after 4 paid calls and 3 paid emails sent in total spent over 20k) I got this reply
"can confirm that a decision has been made on your application. You may have already been notified of the decision and will be contacted again within the next few days, regarding the return of your documents. However, it is not recommended that you make travel arrangements prior to receiving a decision on your application."

Sorry had to narrow the mail down to the above. In addition, those who made an escalation and got positive response, how many days does or did it take to receive your travel documents and also it was changed to transferred to VAC.
On the tracker still says received by DMC

Mine was 27th of August...one of my SON (Dependant) got his own yesterday(Approved). We are still waiting....

Na wa o, this Pretoria people better impress us tomorrow, otherwise there will be series of complaints against them next week

I want to start my processing for January intake
I've applied to BCU, Chester and Coventry uni since August 28th and have not yet heard from them.

so I checked BCU student portal I saw yesterday via the student portal that decision had been made on my application, and that I could accept or reject the offer.
However, there was no offer letter or any attachment about the details of the offer.

Then today the decision and offer part had been removed from the portal.

Please any advice on what to do? I sent a mail already which they haven't responded to. I applied more than a month ago and we need enough time for visa process.

Wakanow just told me they had initiated the process then but nothing else yet after that.

I was told it will take 4-6 wks

If you have extra funds, travel with Kenya Airways. Those Emirates guys might not refund till December.
Kenya Airways is cheap (£337), just that you will layover at the airport for 13 hours.
