If you knew all this why did you go to the UK to study in the first place?

I guess you were one of those who believed that people were discouraging you from going to the UK.

Honestly, seeing his comments made me feel kinda sad but I checked his previous posts and noticed he has been pretty negative.

This is serious.

What if she continues the online stuff and receive money from it through her Nigerian account and then finds a way to send it to her UK account or look for someone in UK who can swap £ for #(transfer through mobile banking)?

Cc: bamangar
I think this would be a better advice.

Or better still before she leaves Naij’s let her open a pounds domiciliary account so that when she earns in her Naira account to retain the value she can get someone to change black market for her in Nigeria and deposit to that Nigerian dorm account.

This is good so as not to tamper with your foreign account in the UK and be on the safe side.

Please I want to clarify something.

When making fee deposit to school, do banks use official CBN rate or black market rate in their calculation?
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 4 by Nobody: 7:23pm On Nov 29, 2020

Hi everyone.. @mimilyrics@ justwise@lagosismyhome@ everyone..

I'm in UK right now and live in a shared apartment . My family will applying this mid December for student dependent visa but won't come till February. About the consent letter for kids, what do I write in the address part? Should I write where I live at the moment? I'm already looking for a bigger flat but I'm yet to make any commitment yet and I don't think I'll get to seal a deal before they apply.
What do I write please?

You need to get the accommodation issues sorted out first before inviting them because you will need the tenancy agreement paper as part of documents for the visa application, you can also use the new address for the consent letter.

You're definitely being milked.
Pls check your application to verify that the "agent" didn't fill any untrue information on your application as this may cost you later.
Also download a copy of your application for reference and info verification when you're filling future applications.
And also make sure the statement of account he's using for you is genuine

Wide open question with no qualifiers.
Only he can answer the question, so short answer - let him go for whichever he wants.

If you add the qualifier of post-school perspectives, he will get a year in France and 2 years in the UK.
If he doesn't speak French fluently, his prospects of finding a job in France are low.

A year course is £705 (470 + 235). So it's a YES

I’m sure you meant to say many Nigerians student are suffering in the uk. I have corrected you, oya go in peace. No be only doing well. Abeg go chow Sunday rice, you no get talk.

Who are the so many? I’m sure that those so many u said are those that don’t have money to pay their tuition before leaving Nigeria (they borrowed money to fund their account for visa purpose) and are working their ass out in other to meet up with their tuition and pay other bills.
You need to plan yourselves before taking any step in life. Also, pray about every move you want to take. Ask God for guidance.

Many students that are in the UK are living fine.
One thing I believe in is the grace of God. I don’t believe in negativity. If people say it’s impossible, my God always say it’s possible for me because I’m a child of grace.

Please stop discouraging anyone.

Thank you sir for your response. Actually, he wishes to explore the post study opportunity. As for the French language,he is a neophyte at the moment.

Discourage ni, discourage ko. E no dey hard una to go spiritual. Na when e reach abroad matter una dey believe in God pass. But when dey reject una visa or the unfortunate ones wey go come back after studies, God no go dey that one. Abeg rest.
