Rest in peace. I think this should be food poisoning. They should check their last phone call or last visitor. Then if there are any food remains that should be checked too. I pray for quick recovery for the boy, and he should be guided. As it is he is the only witness to all of this mishaps.

Food poisoning doesn't cause sudden death. And it can't kill all the members of the family at the same time. One person would have started showing symptoms first that would prompt seeking medical attention, the man was Mobile. What ever killed them must have been inhaled during sleep.

Actually food can. Hydrocyanic acid in wrong species of cassava without proper processing.
But you are right. Not food poisoning is caused by Campylobacter, E coli, norovirus or salmonella.

I'm not disputing the existence of cyanide poisoning but it will not kill like this in my view. Someone would have developed colicky pains , they would have made an attempt to seek health. But they died like they were all taken unaware.
