Slippy: That is statistics for you.It is strange, nearly true and on point but not perfect. The world is all about estimation. Is Nigeria truly the poverty capital of the world? Statistics will galvanize the entity that is down to wake up to its responsibilities and rise up. 1 Like |

I don't eat outside, no woman can do shakara for me when it comes to cooking because I cook better than them. All my girlfriends both past, present and future can attest to that. It's one of my selling points. I prefer home made food to those poison cooked outside 2 Likes |

eyinola:I am a student, even when I start working I won't eat outside. If hunger beat me well well na to buy soft drink and any nice snack sustain myself till I reach house. If for instance I find myself in a situation where I don't have time to cook and I must eat outside I won't enjoy that meal. What's the need eating outside when I can prepare all my favorite food? My girls don't bother me to take them out because they always enjoy eating my food. Even when I take them out I don't eat anything apart from ice cream. |

Fake fake fake.... So last Nigerians eat almost half of the country's budget? What of mama uju down here that sells and stuffs the money inside her wrapper. How did NBS get to know about that one. As far as there is no database in this country, any statistics in this country is fake. |

pickatyou:I made some simple calculations and I find out they may even under calculate. Restaurant and mama put may not be there...Assume you spent N1,500 only once in a week on fast food. In a year =1500× 52weeks =N78,000. Take 50%of Nigeria population of 200 million, that is 100million = 78,000×100,000,000=N 7,800,000,000,000. That is N7.8 trillions. |
