I don't know how he came about the surname. However, know that even though not as pronounced as Fulani, Hausas have been living in Ilorin since it was established. However, he is Fulani since he belongs to the ruling family of Ilorin Emirate
the emir is a Yoruba man of Hausa not Fulani descent.

Yeah should have appointed young idiots like Thugnor Wicked Wike, confused Ayande, Audio Makinde (FAKE Governor) or Yeye Bello.

Nothing to write home about current crop of Nigerian youths. Some are worse than the old leaders.
Unfortunately your comment is the true situation of youth in government/ politics.Youths have faired better in business and some other things though.

He is as Americans will say like the house niggar (Slaves who see the slave master as a superior being because he provides food for them working in his house) and calling others (Yorubas) who are not willing to accept that status names cheesy

Not really he’s just confused how the Fulani strategy works
Popular yoruba Muslims names are Bakare, Mustapha, Ahmed, Razaq to mention a few

allegiance in what sense.

Does sultan of sokoto have influence in ilorin historically?
Yes he does, when former Kwara state Governor Late Mohammed Lawal appointed a Yoruba Oba for Ilorin, it was rejected by the Sultan, who then ensured that Mohammed Lawal was never returned using Obasanjo who deployed Federal might to Kwara to ensure that Bukola Saraki was elected, meanwhile his father promised the Sultan that the Oba will be removed if his son gets elected and it all happened that way.

Gambari is bigger than Gov Rasaq and Saraki combined.

He has been living and working in New York since 1974. And schooled in the UK/US before then

He is an international person. His last budget was 1.7b$. How much is Kwara's budget? He is his own person

This man is a Fulani of Kwara Gambaris who are Fulanis just like Tunde Idiagbon whose dad was Fulani but had Yoruba mom. Buhari till death remains an ethnic g of the first order. Why not appoint a non-Fulani or a total Yoruba man?

So I'm back on track. Anti-Buhari for life

Loyalty. That is why the Igbo man who is the Nigerian ambassador to the United States of America which is considered as one of the "juicest" post is an octogenarian. Buhari is not the one to forget a good deed.

my brother in politics, new cabal only comes with new administration. Stop sounding like a lay man

Just listen to yourself.. You didn't know that Abba Kiayra was the head of the old cabal. Now that he is dead, don't you think another person will want to take the leadership, and this person will not have the same mindset and ideology like Abba.

So you think you know more than the news media who reported about the new cabal?

You definitely sound like a lay man because in Nigeria politics anything is possible, even things you never imagined or had ever thought.
