I followed the case of one Somto, a man falsely accused of rape on tweeter, after the initial shouting of legal steps, he forgave the accusers after being begged.

Let's tell our selves the truth, can we be able to stand firm in our resolve after like more than half of our friends and relations not to talk about the family of the falsely accusing lady come and beg?
If we actually manage to fall into the 1% that do something about it, can we deal with the after math?
The society would see you as wicked, even though you did the right thing.
Can we stand the plea of virtually all our neighbors?

Thank God false accusations are very minimal compared to the actual rape cases because on this topic, we are actually disadvantaged.

The problem isn't lack of legal punishment, the problem is that most guys in this shoe would settle out of court due to pleas.

You wouldn't know what you would really do till it falls on you, you would think it's about you getting justice, but then, you would have to consider the bad blood and the stigma from virtually every one that comes close to you.

People would see you as wicked, because in the eyes of the society, false rape accusation is a pardonable mistake.

And to your question I believe every case can be settled out of court with one party cashing out big time. That's if both parties reach a consensus out of court.

In europe and isreal and us false rape accusations can steam from 1yr(for mild cases) to 12years if the victim files a case, this is same in nigeria, if you take such case to court she can go to jail, but in us there can also be a payment of fine of more than 150000$

Guys should stay woke and be careful always.. if she visits, make sure there is nothing off about your environment and don't force yourself on her if she says No. Same thing if you're the one visiting her.

It's very easy to say..

I saw the story of a 19 yrs Black young man in the United States some years back who was accused of rape by a White teenage girl. The black guy was sent to jail for over 15 yrs or so even when medical tests confirmed that the girl wasn't raped.
Would you believe the girl after getting married and having kids came out to confess that she lied. You need to see how defeated the Black guy was in the pictures, spending over 10 years in prison for a crime you didn't commit.
