A lady whose name goes by Adeolar shares what the tribal difference has cost her in finally hooking up with her man, I can't imagine in 2020, 21st century that we still have men whose love lives are controlled by their parents and that we still have parents who preside over the love lives of the children, it is so lugubrious.

"I really love him, but I don't know why I love him" undecided

You don't love him, you just want to be married. Move on.

Humans bore the fuq outta me despite being interesting specimens of evolution. grin

They make laws and yet make themselves slaves to that same law while being so blind as how to free themselves to the law they made.

They fight for freedom yet lack unity to enjoy it. Believe in the supernatural while condemning parts of it they have closed their minds to.

Being a human is hard. You are born with a name you never chose that you must bear, with a religion you must follow, in a tribe that hates other tribes, into a race that scorns others, with an imaginary social status you must attain to be respected...and you spend your whole life living out a race you can never win, till you die. undecided undecided undecided

Somebody said, you should unlove him and move on with your life, I don't blame the son I blame the parent for listening to fake albino lamurdi cownu on ipob fm...

We have good, hard-working and wonderful Ibos doing their business legitimately everywhere in the country, unlike the scammer lamurdi cownu who has equally brainwashed some online micreants on nairaland..

having a bad husband is better than having bad in-laws vos they will frustrate hell grom your body. if the guy cant find a way for them to like you, its better u abandon the relationship and seek refuge elsewhere where u will be loved for who u are. and some people will still come and be saying we are one in this country... the issue we are detached because of ethnocentricity its only the country's name that is holding us together for now. I dont see any difference between racism and Tribalism cos they both start through dislike for someone or some people.

Its better to run those mothers can be witches and ruin that marriage. My mums friend that got married when the guys parents were not in support, na soso fibroids, miscarriage, and ovarian problems, till she was never able to birth again, now she is frustrated

It's just lack of understanding...

I'm Ibo but married to a Yeruba girl...

My colleagues then in UBA PLC we're against it...

My friends we're against it...

My pastor and brethren we're against it...

My own people in the village said I was too young to get married...

I even have to buy 406 Peugeot full option for my daddy to appears them.

I ignored them because:

1.The day my Manager told us that they're bringing a female staff for the branch(As I heard, for years no female staff in that branch). I just heard a voice: "that's your wife"...

2. I have been a virgin(no girl relationship). My younger ones even had girl friends in secondary schools...

NB: I never knew her tribe, age, color, height etc but I do know one thing... my wife will report in the next five working days...

When she resumed, I didn't like her...because she wore Jezebel materials...and I said: how could God gave me this kind of girl to marry ( Lagos girl that has opened eye finish). I thought she would dress like a deeper lifer.

Anytime my supervisor goes on leave, I do take over as the next in command. I always torment her life with my authority. So that, she would in turn hate me too. She was too patient. The more I command her the more she likes and respects me more than other staff members..
It took me about one year and six months before I proposed to her... she immediately resigned and we got married.

Today, she's more holy than me...We have 3 kids.

No man has the right to detect whom the fellow man marries ....Unless they're still feeding him.
