When we say no service charge we mean NO service charge. I placed a dummy order for the item your gave us a link for and this would be your total cost to get the item in our Lagos office for pick -up. While placing the order your could specify home delivery if you would prefer that. And i also included a sales tax(from the vendor) on the cost of the item.

With office pick-up outside lagos you would go to the ABC office in your state with the details of your waybill number which we would provide and pick your items. In the case of home delivery your items would be delivered to your door step via FedEx, they would know better how they find places without numbering. Thanks.

There should be no hassles as all the Christmas congestion that slowed down our delivery time have passed with the holiday. The some or all is just the terminology used for the mail we send out. All your items have been purchased, and we are expecting delivery in our US office.
