The police should down tool and the governor should make a direct complain to the president and inform him about how those soilders behave . there can't be two government in a state and if a soilder can say he doesn't care about your democracy . I suspect he is a boko haram apologist or something worse.

How will the president of a whole country , a governor give an order and you just feel that you can't obey it. If the presidency doesn't address it now with strict penalty, the next one will be worse.

It seems there is indiscipline in the Nigerian army and the top brass do not give a heck. They have been paid by the travellers. I read those soldiers collect money from travellers.
It's a shame the fight against insurgency has turned our soldiers to business men. No wonder Boko Haram a ragtag fighting unit is still flexing around the NE.
Buratia should go and the commanding officer in the NE should resign.
Cant EFCC probe soldiers?
