YEARS OF ACTIVE FAPPING - 16yrs( enough to get a PhD in the slowest post graduate SCHOOL in Nigeria.
Please don't mind my english, engineering took away the little English I had inside my skull.

What I am about to tell you now is my true life experience, I know some of you might have a similar experience and have explored several means to quit.
FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO QUIT, NEVER SEEK ADVICE FROM
(1) religious people - they will always condemn you that it's because you are carnal, they refer you to several scriptures to butres there points, they tell you to always pray and fast but my brother, I have fasted for a month just to quit these addiction and I ended up breaking my fast with masturbation after 1 month
(2) E- doctors I.e nairaland doctors - most of them failed biology but when it comes to them justifying there addiction, they start surfing for info that suits their feelings
(3) goggle - 95% of articles on net encourages masturbation even while you are witnessing all the side effects, the will confuse you into thinking it is normal.

HOW I STARTED

I was 13 years old when I stumbled on this act, i remember I was in the bathroom when unconsciously I was handling my gbola with dudu osun soap, few minutes into the action, it started feeling good until I ejaculated for the first time, believe me, ever since I was born till that moment, I have never felt such a good sensation, to cut the story short, that was how the sixteen years journey started.
WHY I DECIDED TO QUIT

For the 28th years of my life, I have never been in any relationship, each time I sight a lady I am interested in, I fidget and wait to be lonely so I could fantasize about her and masturbate, I lost my confidence with ladies, but with guys, I am so cool, in fact, I became a relationship expert even when I had non working, each time I see lovers hold hands, I feel a bitter loneliness but I still convince myself that relationships is a waste of time even when my soul craves for it, all the negative side effects of this act is so true, I am bald headed as we speak, I felt all the negative symptoms people associate with it, I have attempted several days, weeks, and months trying to see if this could be the source of my problem, I am about to share with you my 100 days journey of no masturbation. Relax

DAY 1-14 was the most challenging phase, sometimes I felt like I was going to die if I don't fap, I on so many occasions woke up holding my erected gbola from sleep but try by all means to overcome the urge

14-30th day- I started seeing the benefits as I started gaining confidence, my vision became clear, I sleep and wake up without alarm, I started noticing a change in my voice tone

30-60th day- a feeling of depression which does not last for long, normal sex drive, no more picturing any lady who says hi naked.

60-80 day- my erections was as hard as a ferrous metal bar, highest level of confidence as I tested myself on a particular day by striking a nice convo with ladies, keeping eye contact became so easy

80-100 days- for the first time, I started having nice conversations with ladies I met at the gym without seeing them as a sex object, I gained focus, I discovered my procrastination and lack of zeal was as a result of this act. Strangely speaking, I have been meeting people in form of angels assisting me in ways I don't expect

You might not agree with me but I believe the semen is the greatest gift that holds lots of mysteries, semen retention is the greatest driving force if you can Chanel it properly

both, I read about sport stars who go celibate for a long time to gain focus, I have tried both and from my submission, masturbation is different from sex, while sex gives you that ego, masturbation brings it down, you start having low self esteem

Mine started since 2015 though my first bae then never agree on sex.

So it was last year i finally stopped when i finally met a bae and i was battling with weak erection.

I didn't relapse, I was determined never to quit, 100 days and still counting

Excess masturbation is bad. Those who masturbate 7 to 8 a day. Should quit total it drains energy. But as a man who is chasing that dream that don't want to be distracted from all this I never chop girls can masturbate once or twice in a week not bad in it. But if you're 28 plus please quit masturbation n get a girl friend. Is masturbation not better than rape. Just asking for a friend

that you don't masturbate doesn't mean you would rape, in fact, you are likely to rape as a masturbate than when you don't indulge in it, now I don't picture women as sex object any longer, I control my urge and emotions properly. Don't do it at all please. I am in a good position to advise anyone

it wasn't easy at all especially the first month, but I was determined that no matter the urge, my hand will not go down there, I always tell myself each time I wake up that today, I will wiin this battle

Quite true. I quit masturbation after 18 years of wasting my sperm. I lost confidence completely. Quitting it is the biggest thing I have ever done to my body and I can't trade for anything else. My confidence skyrocketed. I however improve on food eating habit, don't eat junk foods.
