9He went on to tell the people this parable: “A man planted a vineyard, rented it to some farmers and went away for a long time. 10At harvest time he sent a servant to the tenants so they would give him some of the fruit of the vineyard. But the tenants beat him and sent him away empty-handed. 11He sent another servant, but that one also they beat and treated shamefully and sent away empty-handed. 12He sent still a third, and they wounded him and threw him out.

13“Then the owner of the vineyard said, ‘What shall I do? I will send my son, whom I love; perhaps they will respect him.’

14“But when the tenants saw him, they talked the matter over. ‘This is the heir,’ they said. ‘Let’s kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.’ 15So they threw him out of the vineyard and killed him.

“What then will the owner of the vineyard do to them? 16He will come and kill those tenants and give the vineyard to others"

Having read this? What type of tenant are you? Remember you are not the owner of your life, you are just a tenant who is supposed to make your life fruitful for the owner.
Are you the type that rejects the teachings of the men of God and tag them as bad because they do not say what you wish to hear or you keep fighting with the HOLY SPIRIT rejecting his leadings. Remember he knocks at the DOOR of your heart, expecting you to OPEN unto him TODAY.
Do not nail JESUS to the cross the second time. ACCEPT him today, turn away from your wicked and unpleasant ways. And you will be glad you did . Shalom.

WHERE IS YOUR TREASURE?
“The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field” (Matthew 13:44).

What do you treasure in this life? Is it wealth, possessions, fame or relationships? If you look around, you will agree with me that treasures on earth have a habit of disappointing us because we do not know if we will be around tomorrow to enjoy them.

Jesus said in Matthew 6:20-21 “But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

Many may ask, “How can I store up treasures in Heaven?” Possessions and money alone cannot bring contentment but giving them to help others can. The reality of our salvation will be judged by our willingness, cheerful eagerness to part with our possessions for the good of others. That is how you can seek first the Kingdom of God. This is how you can build up treasures in Heaven.

So, take time to draw closer to God. In this uncertain world, amidst the twists and turns of life, the only way you can be safe is if your treasure is in the hands of God.
