OK, I will recommend exclusive breast feeding if not already. But if u are feeding exclusively, it will surely help. You can incorporate exercise like skipping rope, works like magic but it's not easy at first and if u will do it, make sure you strap your boobs as tightly as possible. For the skin, get cinnamon powder from any cake shop, mix a bit on your palm with some drops of coconut oil, use this mix to thorough srub your skin that has the dull look. Do this like twice a week, day every 3-4 days. It will get rid of all dead skin, revealing a glowing skin. Follow up this routine with adequate moisturizing and you will see a big difference. Once a week you can do turmeric face mask. If you can lay your hands on a good black soap, it will help to even out your skin tone. We use the Ghana black soap they usually wrap with carton. Eat healthily. Take lots and lots of fruits and vegetables. Stop taking iced water, instead opt for hot water which even has added advantage of increased lactation. Exercise moderately to increase your dopamine hormones which will help you to boost positive mood, good for your general outlook. Love yourself and your loved ones genuinely. Imogenn:Pls be gentle with urself madam and do not use any cream to glow ur skin until u are done breastfeeding. U can eat enough fruits, drink lots of water and stay clean, u will glow. Trust me water works. As for ur weight,gentle,gentle work out/ exercise will help. 3 Likes |

It's 80% what you eat and 20% how much you move. Now that you are breastfeeding, take it easy. Most women feel unattractive after delivery. Take your time to get back in shape. 25 kilo is not unusual. Easy steps to follow: - don't drink sugared drinks - use less oil for cooking - do not eat till you feel full but until you feel sated (there is a difference) - eat more slowly - eat fruit instead of chocolate, chin chin or sweet stuff like this - do not overeat on carbs / if possible eat half the amount you are used to and replace it with something lighter (chicken breast/veggies) - if you like veggies, you can't eat too much of them - take your baby for a walk every day Most importantly, don't be so hard on yourself. Your body has just performed a miracle. Be proud of yourself. You will soon get back to your former shape. 1 Like 1 Share |

start an exercise regimen that isn't too stressful (at least at first) and maybe get a spa treatment done just to relax and get your skin in order, Remember to take a lot of liquids and rest. |

Imogenn: Stop eating beans. If you must eat it, remove the back before cooking or just make beans pudding (moi-moi). Eat healthy white-based foods like sweet potatoes, yam, turkey, rice, abacha, plantain etc. Also, eat more of broths and soups enriched with vegetables. Don't forget vitamin C oranges and pineapples. If you want to lose weight fast, just remove oil from your diet. But I don't know if that will affect your breastfeeding abilities. If you're going to try this, you'll need more beans as protein. But remove the back. Your diet will help improve your skin texture. I remember when I was dieting and eating mainly beans with the back, my skin was like ewww. You can also use almond oil on your skin. |

My own simple advice. Go and buy rope for spreading clothes the thick ones that is weighty. Forget all those light jump rope. Use that clothes line rope for skipping. Not the two legs skipping o. One foot after the other skipping. Start slowly. Do 200 first day for three days. Then start increasing to 500. After two weeks u can increase to 1000. I give u 3weeks madam, u will loose weight. I wasnt on exclusive when I had my baby sha. But I lost weight ehn. Just that it can be difficult but your past three months already so you should be able to deal with the pains that comes with exercising for the first few days. As I type am pregnant with my second and last by His grace. I cant wait to put to bed and shed all the damn weight. From 65kg to 86kg Also I intentionally buy smaller size beautiful dresses all to add more motivation. 1 Like |

Have you ever consider airfryer? Of course exercise is important, but calorie count 2 times effective in weigh loss! I'll highly recommend you to start cook your food with airfryer, doesnt matter any brand.
