What did the Army constitution say about the expression of one's grievances? As an army officer, I am sure he must have sworn to uphold the Army constitution and follow it judiciously. Within an organization, you are bounded by its rules and regulations. Anything outside that rule is said to be deliberate sabotage or mutiny. This is a case of doing the right thing in the wrong way.
