This is party internal politics... there's no law governing what committees a party creates or dissolves. The only criteria are: the party is duly registered, and its executive committee has federal character.

Baba Osho, please save your money and face other things. Maybe instead of spending on lawyers and court fees, start a few companies to employ youths in your state.

Many people on nairaland especially tinubu's supporters are politically inexperience . With the dissolution of tinubu's constituted NWC it means he has been demoted as an ordinary member of APC. I'm still in shock I never believe that such decision would be taken at APC emergency meeting with the president in attendance without tinubu's present and consent.

Truth is, the nec meeting wasn't properly convened. But going to court may affect the apc candidate in Edo. If the nec meeting is nullified then the party will have no candidate in edo because all decisions taken by nec will be a nullity. Let them embrace peace for the interest of the party.

Oga, Mai Mala had been a core pro-Giadom governor since the beginning of the current APC crisis.
Mai Mala, Obaseki, El-Rufai, Bagudu, Lalong, Akeredolu etc have all been strong anti-Oshiomole.
