Sound more to me like Mr Ponle had turned state witness. He has a plea deal most likely. His case would be refiled with lesser charges

xactly you are right - I dont think their target was Mr Woodberry -they came for hushpuppi so they found Woodberry there- by the time they finish their case files built up for Woodberry - he is a gonna!

You are right. FBI has not finished their investigation. They were only pushed by several petitions received from several groups in Nigeria. These groups have their leaders mainly from a geographical location in Nigeria. They are not after crime, but hatred and envy. This is just like a letter written to Mac Arthur Foundation by Reno Omokri against Sowore because Sahara Reporters got over one million dollars grant.

I can see so many people jumping into Lagoon at the end of this case.
