Good point except i will replace dettol with epsom salt.
Cut nails regularly, Soak foot in water and epsom salt once a week. Use pumice stone take scrub off the dead skins. Towel dry and rub coconut oil on them. If no coconut oil use shea butter. If no shea butter use red oil but please abeg you make sure you dont have rat in your house otherwise you wake up minus few toes. Im serious.

Pour hot water into a bowl, add AntisepticLiquid into it. Dip her both feet into it. Morning and Evening.

okay pls listen, it's an infection I don't know the name, but it assailed me in the past, I try to want to understand what causes it, I don't walk barefooted, I try to be clean...

I noticed the first instance more than 20years ago when I was in j.s2 or 3, it gathers pus and smells badly, again it happens and I noticed it came from putting on tight shoes, the toe nail growing inside the flesh of the toe, or an injury between the nail and the toe. I am very careful with my foot since abt 10years ago when I concluded on these discoveries.

I suggest u allow the pus ripe, use grinded beans, oil and potass to hasten the process, by touching it on the softest place of the foot, once it erupts, pls wash with hot water n keep smearing rubb or any ointment on it...

ensure u don't cut the nail too below the flesh again, ensure u don't wear tight shoes or trouble the toes...

again I try not to take aplicox or the rest because I have a believe/ feeling that the pus will gather somewhere else if I take a drug for it...

First, read online articles on epsom salt to educate yourself. Try shoprite or chemist to purchase it. I do not know if it relieves, or cures ankle or any kind of sprain.

Im not a doctor but will share good sense remedy that worked for me.

Sprains are different. Imagine a leg without a foot. We should cherish our feet. The ankle is a connector, it ties the foot to the leg for permissible movement. If you stand upright without support your foot should sit on the ground on its own, dont put weight on it. If it cannot you need medical attention.

If your foot sits on its own but you feel a discomfort, the connector is still good but some cables and lines that support delivery for sensations, circulation, and cushioning are hurt or inflammed. Like my wives would say, they need to be kissed.

My friend do you know why babies fall and get banged up? This continues even till they are about 6yr old. They have superb elasticity and things snaps back in place. Unless it is a severe drop. And even at that the medical recovery is superb.

It is a tradition with the body. It wants to learn what to do and how to do it when your elasticity has faded.

So back to your foot sitting on the ground, transfer body weight to it gradually and keep pushing your will against the painful discomfort, stop right where if you add any more you will just pass gas. Again, get immediate medical help if that foot is unable to sit on the ground unaided. It is a link connector and if there is damage to it a home remedy cannot fix your problem.

In case you are not married go find wife. And if you are married add one more. You need ankle kissers.
