Guys I have a little exercise issue - I started doing sit-ups several months ago, but a while back I noticed my leg was hurting when I walk, I assume my positioning was bad so I was putting too much stress on my left leg.

I decided to stop for several weeks and the pain stopped but what I noticed was if I sit down or just relaxing there's this weird discomfort in my left leg, like it's vibrating - even when I'm meditating my whole body will feel relaxed except my left leg.
