I'd say guys should find more healthy and possibly productive distractions.

For weeks, I've tried to focus on the tiniest things about my life that I'd normally ignore. What that did was to give me less idle time harnessing sexual urge.

When you get to a point where 24hrs isn't ample time to get things done, you may have less time scrolling through porn videos, wanking till you're wasted.

Obsessive porn consumption is almost always a sign of low self esteem and poor self control. Working on that can help as well.

Succinct advice you gave here which are tremendously valuable,the thing about the redpill is that it's revealing to people the truth about intersexual gender dynamics, most people that learn these truth usually enter into the anger phase which can be misconstrued as bitterness and extremism as they react with emotional outburst ,and definitely become so if the anger is not channeled or the truth not understood, like every philosophy we will have fanatics and extremist, redpill is not excempted , the uniqueness about the redpill is that it doesn't tell you what to do, it only reveals truths to you and leave you with the responsiblity to make pragmatic choice whether you want to go;

1)Monk mode and use their time and energy resourcefully
2) MGTOW ignoring the inter-gender mating dynamics and focus on only themselves
3) Patriach path to raise their own family

These platform is a learning platform where we engage with one another and share with each other experiences, seeking advices on issues affecting us with regards to issues concerning the pills that affect our lives directly , some members share with us daily doses of pills for learning purposes, criticism and open minded analysis is also welcome on these trend

The red pill is nothing like feminism, which is misandry right from the start. And there is nothing like moderation with the red pill. The red pill is the red pill, neither moderate nor extreme.
The anger that comes out when men start taking the red pill, is the initial rage that comes when they realise how foolish they have been for most or all of their lives.
Its a phase/stage of the red pill.
