If you're a young man below 25 years old, I empathise and feel your pain. Its a really dark place to be. Youre more likely to be romantically invincible, broke, still live with your parents and trying to make sense with navigating the unpredictability of the new world. This is a very underrated question.

I think the most important stage of TRP is the “red pill rage”. It will make or break you psychologically. When you have to unlearn all what you know and begin to see things differently.

If you’re able to successfully master your emotions and accept the truth for what it is, then it is uphill from there. Sadly, not a lot of men are able to get past that stage.
