Arresting them when they were going to the native Doctor is a gross violation of their human rights because they are being arrested for a crime they are yet to commit. It is not against the law to go to a native Doctor for whatever reason. The security forces can only arrest a person who has commited a crime, or is in the process of committing a crime. There is no such thing as arresting a person for a crime they might commit in the future, such charge cannot be taken to court.
