and the usage of cement determines the kind of structure and the mixing ratio you are working on, 1 bag of cement is enough for mortar of hundred blocks or at least 80 blocks, please note, block laying is quite different from block moulding. For block moulding, you can use one bag of cement to mould 40 blocks, it varies. (note; the size and durability should be considered in other to determine the quantity of cement), I strongly stand to be corrected sir.
