I don't think so. I think there are birds that died due to stress, when the vehicle was confiscated.
I blame the driver fully.
If the taskforce confiscate Ur vehicle with live birds in it, they won't stop u from offloading the birds. They don't want that kind of gbese on their head. What most people do is to request the taskforce to allow them drive to a condusive place, either close by or in the premises of the taskforce, where the birds can be offloaded and transferred to another vehicle. The officials will have to agree. But they can't accept a request to let u drive away to Ur own premises.

What they will do to themselves under a free Biafra is better imagined than experienced. The Idi Amin ruthless leadership or the Khamer rhuge leadership in Cambodia or the oppressive North Korea would be a child's play.
But why are all these states task force so ruthless? Go to Rivers state and see the havoc they are doing to people.

What do you expect? IMO state is under APC (A party that stands for DEATH, BLOODSHED, WICKEDNESS, RETROGRESSION, LIES, BLACKMAIL, WITCHCRAFT and every form of evil you can think of!

The farmer should take the following steps...

Go online and look for animal activists in US and Europe, head to Amnesty International and open a petition against the "fat faced" Hopeless Uzodinjo and the chairperson of the said emblem collection, tag the animal activists on the petition to never allow the governor entry into the US and Europe.

Let them visit Arabian countries like the APC demonic politicians do.

How many blood do they have at that age?
I know the act is too Evil for you to believe or even accept that it could be done by any humanbeing, hence your skepticism and l do understand that.

But why would somebody's hundred of chicks die of heat or disease and still get arrested by task force at the same time, because the conveying vehicle does not have a Govt Sticker and the Chicks thrown out of his Vehicle and scattered as it is?

Just think about the sequence of events and add probability to each stage and tell me if it makes sense that the Chick died somewhere else and of something else and the owner just decided he has to accuse the task Force members, when they have nothing to do with him.
You have to reflect properly, to come to a good conclusion but your opinion is still respected as it is your entitlement.

I appreciate respecting my opinion, but have you broken the yolk of a 15day old egg and see the amount of blood in it or seen them hatch in person? Most times this same task force delay you in transit because they want settlement, meat gets spoilt because they are held up in their premises.sometimes Even the police or vio would delay you just because of money.it happens here regularly as farms are close by and you see the transporter bringing the birds out for air as they are exhausted and stressed

Most people don't know that most chicken they eat are usually dead during transit before they get to the slaughter house giving them a pale blue colour or worse dark, he should have brought them out for air so as to reduce the loss
