Is it legal to restrain anyone from choosing not to come to work

You can only restrain mass protest...you cant force them to go to work.

They can choose to quit even. It's their choice and constitutional rights.

However, the government can fire any lazy youth who for no reason decides not to work. There are thousands of hardworking but jobless youth interested.

All this trade union are toothless bull dog. dem just want to compound more to the hardship on ground to Nigerians. instead of them settling their differences with Nigerian govt, they keep on making all the meetings held so far as deadlocked. The interest of Nigerian has never be top notch agenda of both parties.

Not true. Millions of those workers are law abiding citizens. The government is informing them on why they should appear for work, citing the court order. They'll definitely appear.
