We really need to do things the right way, south west is seriously cheated with the current set up, our infrastructures are strained to the limits, most foreigners in the country resides in south west not to talk of Nigerians from other regions, south west is the cash cow (IGR) of the country yet no increments in allocations.

In Ibadan, there is an area that is dominated by Senegalese and Guineans, not to talk of numerous Togolese and Beninoise in Ogun state, in fact most west Africans in Nigeria usually stays in south west because that is the first point of contact........and I won't forget our brothers from the East, they are quite large in numbers here.
