He will need a code to so so, apart from otp, he needs the pin for ussd transfer.

he can only buy airtime directly from the bank without a pin,
he cant transfer money to another bank because ur pin must b correct before it works

Me.i never set any pin or USsd for that SIM/Account.

If he knows your atm password yes he can make transfer... if not he can do a cardless withdrawal using your account number and an OTP code send to that sim to withdraw via P.O.S.

the only one i know is that he ca use ur sim to transfer airtime to his number.Such a thing happened to my mom last year november.She attended a wedding with a friend and she somehow her phone got stolen and the sim in the phone was the one she used in registering her bank account.It was a girl that stole the phone cos anytime she was calling the number it was a particular girl that was answering her and promising to return her phone.Before they knew it they girl had already transfered 12k from my mom"s account for airtime.My mom"s bank had to quickly intervene when she made a report.The girl never returned the phone.
