And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

So in the beginning God joined male and female together and not male and male, hence God has overtime clearly shown homosexuality (the joining of male and male together) to be a very grievous sin of abominable proportions in His sight.

This was illustrated by some of the Laws God gave His people Israel such as these:

Leviticus 18:22 (KJV) Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

Leviticus 20:13 (KJV)

If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Moreover homosexuality was one of the abominable practices that the former inhabitants of the land perpetrated before they were cast out, so God warned His people that if they engaged in such, the same would happen to them:

Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:
And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants.

(For all these abominations have the men of the land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled

This was the same reason the Land of Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed as they were said to be very grievous sinners in God's sight, which was because they engaged in abominable practices like Homosexuality:

So whenever men try to join together what God has put asunder by engaging themselves in homosexuality or endorsing the abominable act as the Pope has just done, that end result is what they're eventually going to achieve whether knowingly or unknowingly.

Therefore this is not intended to condemn anyone but to do the needful and warn those who are guilty of such abominable act of its grave consequences, so that they'd desist from it because if they don't, they'd only end up destroying themselves.

"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy". {John 10:10}

Homosexuality eventually leads to the destruction of men's lives, that's why it was devised by the devil. To destroy men's lives using men, so don't let the devil use you to achieve his destructive agenda against mankind.

So if you are guilty of such an abominable lifestyle, first of all you must admit that it is wrong. Do not accept it as a normal lifestyle and think that God made that way, because that a lie from the devil to keep you trapped. Secondly do not think that you cannot come out of it and that it's incurable, because God has delivered many from it. With God nothing shall be impossible.
