Shouldn't an investigation be done before the account is frozen and/or she is arrested? Thought that's how the law works. Not arresting her but freezing her account seems highhanded. She committed the purported crime not her account. Right?

Even EFcc suspects don't just suffer frozen accounts. They are arrested for investigation.
