I know and I have read about everything Reno said before I saw it here on Nl but do u know Jesus christ mostly speak in parables and majority of our pastors give in different interpretation based on their own level of understanding

How did you do this? Give me an example of how you ate more veggies, avoiding meat? Compared to, say, the American diet, the Nigerian diet does not include a whole lot of meat, to begin with, and last I checked, salads aren't considered what one would call a proper meal anywhere Nigeria. So, did you have to go out of your way to eat salads for meals every day or something?
