I used the following for the soup:

Egwa (native beans)1 cup
Smoked fish 3 Medium size
Crayfish 3 table spoons
Alefo leaves 2 medium bunch
Pepper ½ tablespoon
Onions 1 Medium bulb
Palmoil 2 cooking spoons
Ukpehe 1 small size
MAGGI Cubes
Water 2 Litres
Salt to taste
