Love is the true test of Christianity
1 John 4:7-8 (NLT) - Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love.

1 John 4:17–19 (NLT) - And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world. Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love. We love each other because he loved us first.

You can still miss Heaven if you understand these three simple facts you stated but refuse to take the simple steps to salvation taken by those Luke reported about in his treatise in defence of Christianity (the book Acts).

There are eleven recorded cases of people who became Christians and if you follow their examples by doing what they did to obtain salvation, and you remain faithful to the end (Revelations 2:10), you will make Heaven.

1. Those on the day of Pentecost (about 3000 of them). Acts 2. Take note of verses 37-40.
2. Those at Solomon's Porch. Acts 3, 4:1-4. (4).
3. The Samaritans. Acts 8:5-12, 14-17.
4. Simon, who was known as a sorcerer. Acts 8:9-13
5. The Ethiopian Eunuch. Acts 8:26-39
6. Saul of Tarsus. Acts 9:1-22
7. Cornelius and his household. Acts 10, 11. Take note of 10:44-48
8. Lydia and her household. Acts 16:13-15
9. The Jailer and his household. Acts 16:16-34. Take note of verses 30-34
10. The Corinthians. Acts 18:1-11. Take note of verses 7 and 8.
11. The Ephesians. Acts 19:1-9

From these eleven cases we come to understand that the gospel was preached to them, they heard it, believed it, they repented of their sins, they were baptized for the forgiveness of their sins, they received the gift of the Holy Spirit and the Lord added them to His Church.

1. But according to Jesus Christ, you are not even supposed to follow His own example but instead to obey His teachings and commandments in order ti make it into His Heaven. Jesus Christ said those who love Him are those who obey His teachings and His commands, and those who are His friends are those who do as He asks- John 14 vs 15 - 25 & John 15 vz 9 - 14. So when you ignore Jesus Christ, so you can instead follow after men, all of whom wait in their graves by the way for the day Jesus Christ will return to judge all in His Kingdom, how can you enter into the Heaven that belongs to Jesus Christ?

3. The Gospel is instead God's New Covenant & Agreement - Matthew 26 vs 28 - 30 - , God's Truth and Law in the Kingdom of God. Much like the Old Law of Moses was God's National Constitution for the Nation of Israel in the Land of Canaan, a nation He constituted of the children of Israel, in similar manner, the Gospel is God's Constitution in the Kingdom of God, a Kingdom that is not of this world..
