The "kidnap" and speedy release of the akarankara (lol) schoolboys have a strong link in this botched invitation by the NASS. The north has millions of unwanted children, so they can use some of them for experiment or to provide a buffer for a failed president. |

Not disappointed at all. All this is to cover up Buhari's absence that can't be covered. A country with a president can't be like Nigeria. As country with legislators can't be like Nigeria. A country with a constitution can't be like Nigeria. Anybody wakes up anyday and decides what is wrong or right to suit his possiaion at that moment. And when he goes another comes and does what they want and the whole thing continues. They only remwr the law when they want to oppress the people. |

HenryThegreat1: The white man deals with the facts of a situation largely devoid of sentiment - the black man pits ego and emotion first; no country that puts ego and emotion first ever succeeds.... Buhari was invited by the Reps to answer to the facts of insecurity on ground. It has been personalized as "embarrassing buhari" wtf is wrong with black ppl? |

Auxtin85: I seriously take offense on behalf of ‘manhood’ world wide, for you comparing them to Femi Gbajabiamila. Femi is a rubber stamp and a weakly that does not take any stand whatsoever. He always bow his head and gavels-in any and every paper pushed to his desk. At least no matter how weak manhoods or how small they may be, once in a while, they take a ‘stand’ and are at ‘full mask’, with strength, vigor and vitality, ready to fearlessly conquer, subdue and overcome.....Yes, some only last for about a minute or so, but they are better than Femi that can not take a stand for a second, even if his life depends on it! 2 Likes |

All those blaming GBajabiamila don't understand northerners when it comes to politics ,tribalism and hypocrisy. If Gbajabiamila is not careful the northerners will make the matter to consume him. He should just leave them with their problems. |

PDP lawmakers wanted to boo and shout at the president again, they will never get that opportunity again. Why inviting someone that you will never keep quiet to hear what he has to say? Just to see him physically and embarrass him I guess. You lost that privilege during his annual budget presentation with the likes of Dino Melaye behaving like touts that day. |

[quote][i] It was also learnt that some of the lawmakers behind the motion to invite Buhari had apologised to the Presidency. They claimed that their motion was not intended to embarrass the President, contrary to insinuations in some quarters. Some members had sponsored a motion to seek the urgent intervention of the Presidency following the recent killing of 48 farmers in Zabamari, Borno State. Those who demanded action were Hon. Ahmed Satomi, Hon. Mohammed Tahir Monguno, Hon. Zainab Gimba, Hon. Muktar Betara, Hon. Mallam Bukar Gana, Hon. Haruna Mshelia, Hon. Ahmadu Usman Jaha, Hon. Ibrahim Mohammed Bukar, Hon. Usman Zannah and Hon. Abdulkadir Rahis. These people are so full of sh*t |

AchalugoNwa: The most useless Senate in the history of Nigeria. The groundstanding of the Saraki led Senate almost brought Nigeria to her knees. Budget wasn't passed until June or July of the budget year. Developmental projects suffered major setbacks. The wrong notion that many of you have is that the presidency and the national assembly should never cooperate or see eye to eye. If they do, they are rubber stamp. But the truth is that there won't be progress or development if they don't cooperate. 1 Like |

authority2006: To stop this nonsense, no president can be criticised or invited to NASS. Nigeria president must be supported for 8 years whether he is performing or not, dead or alive, so as not to shake the table. He can also make ALL his appointments from his village so long as they are Nigerians. He shall never be asked to address his people. This will make governance easier and make APC tout like you happy. This government is setting precedence that would cover the incompetence of future presidents. We hope you people won't forget this and state calling someone OTUOKE FISHERMAN in future. |
