That same doctor reiterated that he can't attest to the issue of defilement because the victim must have taken his bath and no remnants of his abuser(s) DNA can be found on him during the time of the test. This does not in any way water down the case of defilement, because the victim knows his abuser(s) and they will be cross examined if they heads to court .
